The Challenge

London Luxury Quarter required a high-end sales brochure to increase awareness and interest in the exclusive area of London.

The brochure needed to convey the depth and breadth of culture of the elite brands that make up the luxurious offering the area has to offer. Although the photography was supplied the creative team needed to meticulous design around the premium imagery to really stand out within the design.

The quality of the brochure was vastly important as its purpose was intended to service high network individuals (investors, business owners and key stakeholders) who would be interested in investing and utilising the London Luxury Quarter.

The Solution

By making the design of this brochure highly structured, premium and clean Wonderful were able to make the best use of the beautiful imagery and really make it stand out to create that WOW factor/impact.

The user navigation was well considered through the layout making use of consistent well positioned section graphics, page numbers and titles.

The print quality was hugely important on this brochure so a heavy weight uncoated stock was selected from a series of samples whilst the colour of the brochure was lifted by the inclusion of two pantone colours – one of which was a metallic ink which gave the brochure a beautiful depth.
