South West Trains approached Wonderful with the need to develop an in depth social media strategy for 2016. Up until this point South West Trains had little strategic direction as to what content should be posted on what channel at what time across social media. As a result Wonderful were asked to step in and formulate a strategic research document outlining and planning 2016 with business objectives, processes and procedures all included.
With 2016 fast approaching Wonderful managed to turnaround the project in the space of a week and, (in collaboration with South West Trains), Wonderful compiled a 30 page document outlining a detailed social strategy for 2016. This document included strategy and practical application on appropriate: tone of voice, social media monitoring and management, crisis communications planning, audience engagement and campaign execution. South West Trains have already taken to implementing this strategy with unbelievable traction and growth in social engagement levels.
