The Challenge

Pharos previously had a website that wasn’t reflective of the company’s dynamic understanding of the industry and the modern approach that they take towards their customers. The website was also behind the curve technically (not mobile responsive) which had a detrimental effect for its ability to be found via search engines. Wonderful were asked to help Pharos completely redesign its website, and review its creative design and brand positioning.

The Solution

By collaborating with the Pharos team, Wonderful were able to fully understand the new brand positioning, current core values and then translate these into tangible assets such as logo, banners and fonts that better reflected their vision moving forward.

Wonderful also developed a much more user friendly experience and interaction (UX/UI) to improve the overall website usage and engagement. The new website was also optimised to work across multiple devices and helped direct specific traffic to the pages that mattered to them to help increase conversion rates and calls.

By developing a new layout with a top-down creative approach, Wonderful were able to radically improve the call to actions and improve the focus around bespoke video and photography. The homepage videos were a great focal point, clearly conveying the company’s professional yet approachable manner.
