Phil Packer is a Mental Health, Mental Fitness and Wellbeing advocate. With his vast knowledge of fundraising, Corporate Social Responsibility strategies, he has facilitated numerous collaborations between charities, businesses and communities.
Coordinating and completing numerous physical challenges that have raised national awareness, engaged audiences of millions and raised vital funds, this year he continues with the 2021 BRIT Challenge. Colleges, and Universities nationwide will row, to raise vital funds for BRIT's partner mental health charities, and improve the mental health and fitness for young adults and students throughout the UK. In all his challenges he has focussed on ensuring that they engage with, involve and empower those facing trauma and adversity.
Phil is a much sought after keynote speaker and excels when talking of overcoming challenges, teamwork, motivation and engagement. He promotes the importance of good mental fitness & wellbeing and champions inclusion, disability and support to young people and veterans.
