The Challenge

We were tasked with refreshing this heritage brand’s digital presence by redeveloping and designing their current website. Wonderful had to be highly considerate with way that we approached the brand in order for it to follow the brand guidelines but brave enough that it screamed with personality and colour. The website content needed to remain similar but we were able to develop and incorporate both consumer and trade focused markets which offered a slightly different user journey for each.

The Solution

We all remembered Slush Puppie form our childhood, but the trick with this project was to keep the heritage feel but modernise the design and UI. The website needed to appeal to both the trade and consumer markets and we were able to fully explore and implement how each audience’s user journey would affect the site. It was clear that the menu system and home page needed to direct the specific users to their key pages. This was done by adding key CTA areas throughout the site. Wonderful had the opportunity to create a leading website with the official colours inspired by Slush Puppie and their associated brands. Meanwhile we added the quirky personality by enhancing every page with content, dynamic animation and interactive rollovers.

“It has been a delight to work with Wonderful, they have been so inspirational as an agency, offering so much creative and digital advice/solutions for our heritage brand. We are in a year of significant growth and are so excited to finally get a website design we are thrilled about. Working with the agency has been seamless and I am delighted to continue to use them as our dedicated marketing partner and for them to launch us into the summer of 2016 and manage all of our social media activity.
